Effect of Tantalum on the Texture of Copper Vacuum Condensates
The structure of 50 microns thick separated from the nonorienting substrate Cu-Ta vacuum condensates is studied. It is found that Cu-Ta condensates, obtained at the substrate temperature of 100 °C have a <111> type texture perpendicular to their surface. The degree and nature of the texturing...
