Summary:Based on the study of the meshing behavior of the silent chain,a new arc type silent chain and sprocket are designed,and the main structure type and technical parameters of them are described.The digital 3Dsimulation model of a new arc type silent chain transmission system are built by ADAMS,the meshing characteristic of new silent chain and different structural sprocket of is analyzed.The simulation analysis shows that,for new type silent chain transmission system,the meshing simulation model analysis is feasible,which can effectively analyze the influence of design parameters on meshing performance.
