There is a lack of discussion of ethical challenges associated with the application of AI technologies in low- and middle-income countries, a lack of discussion of problems with bias in AI algorithms, and a lack of justification for the use of AI. There has been substantial growth in radiomics and artificial intelligence however, clinical implementation has yet to be realized at scale. |
