脑血管病的多组学研究 Multi-omics Research in Cerebrovascular Disease
目前,脑血管病在机制解析、专病队列建设和新药研发等方面仍面临挑战,而多组学的发展为理解其复杂的病理生理调控机制、优化疾病分型和诊断、提升预后预测能力,以及推进新药研发进程等提供了驱动力。同时,我国已建立万人级的中国脑血管病多组学多模态数据库STROMICS,并将进一步构建更加完善的脑血管病多组学专病队列,通过孟德尔随机化等跨学科方法推进多组学研究,为深入了解脑血管病的发生发展调控机制和推进新药研发提供研究方法。 Abstract: Currently, cerebrovascular disease still faces challenges in elucidating mechanis...
