Description
Summary:ObjectiveNuclear power has become the main trend in the future energy development of China and even the world. As one of the representatives in the field of ultra-high precision manufacturing, the design and manufacturing of nuclear power equipment have extremely high technical content and requirements. In terms of gearboxes for nuclear power circulation pumps, their design requires high power transmission and long service life. Compared to traditional gearboxes, their design difficulty is greater. Many scholars are committed to in-depth research on high-power nuclear power circulating pump gearboxes from the perspectives of dynamics, mechanical design, big data, optimization algorithms, etc., in response to the above-mentioned issues. The research progress of high-power nuclear power gearbox transmission systems in the field of dynamic analysis in the past decade was reviewed. The focus was on exploring the application and development of main analysis methods such as concentrated parameter method, finite element method, and rigid flexible coupling method. [Outlook] A comprehensive overview was provided on the progress of 3D modeling technology and mechanical coupling model simulation calculation for high-power nuclear power gears, and the future research trends and core focus in this field were pointed out. In addition, corresponding improvement measures and potential research directions were proposed for the assembly process, lubrication, fault diagnosis, post-maintenance, and safety monitoring issues faced by nuclear energy circulation pumps in practical applications, in order to provide useful references for the sustainable development of this field.
