| Summary: | The goal of this article is a diagnosis of the main problems of human resource management in the school, and in particular the type of organizational culture that dominates in schools. Achieving such a goal required taking into account the specifics of management in the school. The basis of the topic is a survey conducted among teachers. On the basis of the analysis of the respondents’ statements, the most important challenges faced by the managing directors of the teaching staff and the conclusions of the conducted research were indicated. |
