| description | Strengthening the dynamic monitoring and supervision of sea use for projects is an important measure to comprehensively implement the new development philosophy and improve the modernization of marine system and capacity for governance in the new era. Based on the present situation of dynamic monitoring and supervision of sea use for projects in Guangzhou, this paper analyzed the problems in the dynamic monitoring and supervision of sea use for projects in Guangzhou from the aspects of monitoring personnel and equipment, training mechanisms and other aspects, the countermeasures and suggestions for the standardized implementation of dynamic monitoring and supervision of sea use for projects were also proposed. Suggestions include strengthening the construction of a professional talent team for dynamic monitoring of sea use for projects and ensuring adequate funding support; establishing a scientific and systematic training mechanism for supervision of sea use for projects; innovating regulatory techniques and methods for sea use for projects, exploring three-dimensional regulatory approaches; enhancing work awareness, and promptly completing the information reporting for supervision of sea use for projects. |
