| Summary: | The epoxy insulating impregnating varnish modified by nano-Silica was prepared with different doping amount and transformed to epoxy resin composite by heating. Transmission electron microscope were used to investigate the dispersion. The dielectric properties were characterized and the effects of doping amount of nano-Silica on the dielectric properties of composite were discussed. The results showed that the nano-Silica was dispersed well in the epoxy resin. When the amount of nano-Silica was 8%, the breakdown strength reached the maximum of 23.46kV/mm, which was increased by 5.4% compared with undoped material. volume resistivity was little changed. Under the condition of power frequency, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were little changed in the room temperature and increased with the increase of nano-Silica at 155℃ |
