description Taking the rail grinding control strategy as the research object, the basic theory of rail grinding and the PID control theory of grinding pressure were analyzed by establishing the three-dimensional coordinate of rail grinding, and the important factors and key parameters that affect rail grinding effect were obtained. The control strategy and scheme of rail grinding were put forward, and the principle and flow of the control strategy scheme were introduced in detail. By designing the control system and verifying it through a large number of loading applications, the performance of the control system was tested. The test results show that: the autonomous grinding control system developed by strategy scheme can achieve smooth and no impact falling track with highly synchronized falling point, and the overall grinding effect is good, which has a good market application prospect.
