| Summary: | There are presented results of studying of secretory activity in 104 children with celiac disease. Results of research have shown that in structure of parameters of intragastric acidity in celiac disease the acid profile of gastric secretion prevails. The analysis on studying of proteolise activity has revealed decrease in the activity at the given contingent. Acidity and proteolitic activity is the important parameter of digestive activity in celiac disease patients not only for a choice of correction of therapy, but also for understanding of pathogenetic aspects.Key words: digestive activity, celiac disease, children. |
