| Summary: | The article is a view of a practicing business coach on the skills of employee training that are in demand. First of all, those that an adult must have for successful professional training within the company. A typical system of intra-company support and advanced training is being formed today based on internal and external resources. Training conducted by an external trainer for company employees (of any industry, including the cultural sector) occupying the same position or performing similar work is a significant part of the professional training system (maintenance and advanced training). In the field of culture, this practice is not yet widespread. It is all the more important to fix the results on the example of training in a business environment. Based on many years of observations, the author puts forward his version of learning skills that make participation in training effective both for the employee himself and for the entire training group in which he is trained. The author's list includes nine key skills: 1. problematization; 2. understanding of the task; 3. fast problem solving; 4. Estimation of time to solve the problem; 5. presentation of the results of the solution; 6. independent search for information; 7. structured note-taking; 8. practical testing of the studied; 9. asking questions. In the article, each skill in demand is briefly described in the context of their application. The set of skills given by the author can be considered as a kind of technical task for universities in terms of the formation of the integral skill "teach to learn". |
