description A 5-year-old girl presented with progressive macroglossia, speech difficulties, and pain from repeated tongue trauma over the past 3 months. Clinical examination revealed diffuse tongue swelling, papillitis, and multiple raised red lesions on the ventral surface. Blood test results were normal and diascopy finding was negative. Clinical and histologic findings confirmed oral tongue lymphangioma, showing dilated lymphatic channels and congested blood vessels. Although surgical reduction was recommended, the patient's mother declined it. Follow-up at 6, 12, and 24 months showed no changes in the lesions. This case of lingual lymphangioma was useful in differential diagnosis as it mimicked other oral pathologies.
