| description | Aiming at the unreasonable noise index proposed by a certain project for metro vehicles and equipment, taking a domestic subway line as the test object, noise test under the condition of parking, 25 km/h passing, slow passing and brake at the bend of return depot and analysis of noise characteristics inside and outside of vehicles were carried out, as well as noise test and index analysis of traction inverter were carried out mainly. The results show that under the condition of vehicle parking and running, the contribution of traction inverter noise to the total noise energy outside the vehicle is less than that of motor, gearbox, brake resistance fan and other noise sources. The index of sound power level not exceeding 86 dB(A) proposed for traction inverter and other equipment is relatively reasonable and feasible. Based on the noise test results and analysis of the whole vehicle and equipment, it can provide theoretical guidance for the determination of noise index. |
