Summary:The accelerator N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide(TBBS) was synthesized by using accelerator M and tert-butylamine as raw materials and oxygen as oxidant. The effects of the ratio of tert-butylamine and accelerator M, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and stirring speed on the yield and melting point of TBBS were investigated. The results showed that when n(tert-butylamine)/n(accelerator M)was 14/1, reaction temperature was 50 ℃, reaction pressure was 0.7 MPa and stirring speed was 130 r/min, the yield of TBBS reached 95.4%, the melting point reached 107.2 ℃. Through the detection of melting point, free amine, methanol insoluble, sulfur content and purity of oxygen oxidation products and sodium hypochlorite oxidation products, it was found that the indexes of oxygen oxidation products were slightly better than those of sodium hypochlorite oxidation products.
