| Summary: | Aiming at the shortage of experimental resources and the difficulties in the on-site debug of the electro-hydraulic steering system, a set of semi-physical simulation platform, based on mathematic model of electro-hydraulic steering system, is developed. Mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic system is established. Combined with the actual electronic control unit of the multi-axis steering system, the hardware-in-loop simulation platform is constructed. Based on the platform, the experimental verification and simulation of the electro-hydraulic steering system are completed. The result shows that the semi-physical simulation platform provides an efficient and convenient approach for the research and development of the electro-hydraulic steering system of the autonomous-rail rapid tram. |
