Summary:[Abstract]The gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases. In colorectal cancer, gut microbiota imbalance may promote the initiation and progression of the disease through multiple mechanisms. Researchers at home and abroad have conducted in-depth explorations on the relationship between gut microbiota and colorectal cancer and its diagnosis and treatment. Based on relevant literature, this article reviews the research status of gut microbiota about colorectal cancer and its diagnosis and treatment, aiming to facilitate exchanges with peers.
