description Given the development of mainstream biosensors in today’s era, more convenient, accurate, and low-cost biosensors have become the mainstream of development in the new era. This article summarizes multiple articles on biosensors using conversion enzymes as mediators, which is a low-cost and high-precision biosensor. By utilizing the signal amplification effect of convertase and the specific binding properties of DNA aptamers to target substances, the convertase was linked to DNA, successfully achieving quantitative detection of test substances with low target content. Through a series of optimization programs, the corresponding test substances can be updated and improved simply and clearly, and the experimental steps can be low-cost. This sensor can simultaneously detect multiple target substances by replacing the sensor module, resulting in increased experimental, detection, and time costs. Make significant contributions to the field of biosensors. In the future, with the integration of microfluidic systems and intelligent data analysis platforms, this type of biosensor is expected to evolve into a portable, automated, and highly sensitive diagnostic tool, promoting the development of point-of-care testing technologies.
