Summary:The test bench mainly for the dynamic performance of the synchronous clutch engagement in the BPRT system is designed. The test bench use motor speed control,PLC digital control and fuel injection forced lubrication to adjust it. The PLC module is used to speed regulating control for the frequency conversion motor according to the collected speed and position signal,and real-time monitoring the test bench through the human machine interface. The test bench is simple structure,easy to operate and wide range of speed. According to the experimental data and the meshing dynamic principle of the synchronous clutch,the test bench can better meet the performance test of synchronous clutch at different speeds. It is of great engineering significance to the design and manufacture of synchronous clutch.
