description | Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle method in reducing the rate of hemolysis in venous blood samples. Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to implement the standardized procedure of venous blood sampling, and the hemolysis rate of venous blood samples from inpatients and outpatients in the same period of 2020 and 2021 was compared and analyzed. Results The rates of hemolysis in venous blood specimen of hospitalized patients and outpatients after implementation of PDCA cycle (in 2021) were significantly lower than those before PDCA cycle (in 2020) , respectively(5. 40% vs. 2. 42%, P<0. 01; 7. 01%vs. 5. 09%, P<0. 01). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method is effective to reduce the rate of hemolysis in venous blood specimen. (目的 探讨运用PDCA循环降低静脉血标本溶血率的效果。方法 应用PDCA循环法实施标准化规范化的静脉采血操作流程, 对比分析2020年与2021年同期住院部静脉血标本和门诊静脉血标本的溶血率。结果 实施PDCA循环管理后, 2021年住院部静脉血标本和门诊静脉血标本溶血发生率分别为5. 40%和2. 42%, 较2020年的7. 01%和5. 09%降低, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 应用PDCA循环法能够降低静脉血标本溶血率, 优化静脉采血流程。) |
