Clinico-laboratory features of rotaviral infection at children and optimization of therapy

The regional clinical features, parameters of local protection at 143 children till 3 years, patients with rotaviral infection are investigated. The inclusion is proved in therapy antirotaviral antibodis of oral introduction.
