Description
Summary:Currently, organizations impact people's lives, and achieving joy in life requires being happy at work, as it is a phenomenon that characterizes every individual. However, various studies have shown that when societies present or experience high rates of economic growth, people, thanks to their income levels, experience an increase in happiness. Thus, the central objective of this article was to analyze the perspective of work happiness in the Latin American context, based on authors such as Pizarro, Rojas, Vera (2021), Ludeña, Tobar, Ahumada (2021), Sánchez (2018), among others. The research corresponds to a documentary review. It is concluded that happiness is not constructed on an individual level, since the happiness of one group cannot be the misfortune of others. In this sense, social justice is highly necessary. However, it is unavoidable to emphasize that human beings are not willing to give up such an experience. However, it is helpful for companies to provide their employees with incentive-based job security, as economic growth impacts employee happiness.
