| description | Based on the analysis of the product design, product structure, production process for the powder metallurgy nuts, the pressing die design of the nut products was optimized and designed from the material selection of pressing die, the application of press tools, and the adjustment of die structure. The powder metallurgy nuts for the high precision self-tightening drill collets were prepared by the optimized pressing die production. The results show that, the nuts produced by the optimized pressing die fully meet the requirements of the product drawing design tested by the testing center and customers. Moreover, the pressing die is not damaged and the service life of the die reaches the expected time. The powder metallurgy nuts installed on the high precision self-tightening drill collets fully meet the requirements of the service performance and service life. |
