Summary:At the condition of deformation temperature of 350 ~ 470 ℃,strain rate of 0. 001 ~ 10 s -1, deformation of 50%,hot compression tests for ZL114A alloy were carried out by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine. The characteristics of true stress-strain curves were studied under different testing conditions. The constitutive equations of ZL114A alloy were established base on the Arrhenius hyperbolic sine equation. Comparing the calculated values with testing values of true stress-strain,the results indicated a good fit. The testing results could provide theoretical basis for making a hot working process of ZL114A alloy.
