description The vibration response analysis of metro vehicle converter cabinet was carried out based on FEM software HyperMesh and Virtual.Lab. The vibration acceleration response of converter cabinet lugs was obtained by modal analysis and correction, transfer function calculation and load spectrum identification. The response result was compared with test result, and the connection stiffness of the bracket and cabinet was optimized by using the quadratic programming method. Finally, the vibration response was consistent with test result. This method could provide some reference for the vibration isolation design and optimization of converter cabinet.
