| Summary: | Objective Too investigate the status situation of the core competence of vascular surgery nurses in South China, analyze the related factors influencing the core competence of nurses, and make a reference for further improving the relevant training program. Methods A total of 285 vascular surgery nurses in South China were investigated by using the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse, and data were analyzed to reveal relevant factors affecting the nurses' core competence. Results The core competence score of vascular surgery nurses in South China was (135. 00 ± 25. 60). The correlation analysis showed that the age, working years, professional title, position, employment form, and whether she was a specialized nurse were the main factors affecting the core competence of vascular surgery nurses (P <0. 05). Conclusion The overall core competence score of vascular surgery nurses in South China is at the middle level. It is necessary to strengthen the training of leadership, critical thinking, scientific research and professional development, especially for nurses with low professional title, low seniority and contract vascular surgery nurses. It is recommended that nursing managers should provide scientific training programs for vascular surgery nurses to further enhance their core competencies. (目的 本研究旨在调查华南地区血管外科护士的核心能力现状, 分析影响护士核心能力的相关因素, 为进一步完善相关培训计划提出参考。方法 采用“中国注册护士核心能力量表”对华南地区 285名血管外科护士进行调查, 分析影响护士核心能力的相关因素。结果 华南地区血管外科护士的核心能力得分为(135. 00±25. 60)分。相关性分析表明, 护士的年龄、工作年限、职称、职务、聘用形式以及是否为专科护士是影响血管外科护士核心能力的主要因素(P＜0. 05)。结论 华南地区血管外科护士核心能力总体得分处于中等水平, 需加强对领导能力、批判性思维与科研、专业发展等方面的培养, 尤其对于低职称、低年资护士、合同制血管外科护士。建议护理管理者提供科学的血管外科护士培训方案, 以进一步提升其核心能力。) |
