Description
Summary:Purpose:  This research aims to determine the role of GCG (proxies for managerial and institutional ownership) and intellectual capital in influencing the value of a company, as well as financial performance as a moderator in the years 2019-2023. Methodology/approach: This research is a quantitative study. The unit of analysis is banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the data source is secondary. The population of this study consists of 47 banking companies using the purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is Eviews 12, and the analysis methods employed in this study are panel data regression and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Findings:  The research results show that only GCG with institutional ownership proxies affects the company's value, after conducting a moderation test that financial performance can moderate the influence of intellectual capital on the company's value. Practical and Theoritical contribution/Originality: Institutional ownership and intellectual capital that have been moderated by financial performance become one of the considerations that investors must take into account when making investments. Research Limitation:  The low Adjusted R-Squared value is only 32.67%.
