| description | Three kinds of environmentally-friendly polyether ester plasticizers with different esterification rates(named AAGED, AAGEE, AAGEF ) were prepared with adipic acid and alcohol ether, and added to nitrile rubber. The effects of these plasticizers and common plasticizers dibutyl diglyceride adipate and dioctyl sebacate on the properties of nitrile rubber were explored. The results showed that with the increase of esterification rate of polyether ester plasticizer, processing safety of the compound decreased, curing rate increased, fluidity increased, elongation at break and tensile strength first increased and then decreased, tear strength decreased slowly, and cold resistance first increased and then remained unchanged. After aging, the performance change of AAGEE vulcanizate was the smallest, compression permanent set was the smal-lest, and aging resistance was the best.
