Summary:The category of reflexivity in labor law and management science is an important cognitive element and a key component of modern labor law and management. It contributes, on the one hand, to a non-dogmatic approach to employee protection and, on the other hand, to increasing the competitiveness and effectiveness of organizations in a dynamic social, economic, and business environment. Reflexivity in the management of organizations involves the always-regulated acquisition and use of knowledge. The issue of employee self-development is becoming a paradigm of modern management. Self-development is a reflective process, and since reflection is ubiquitous, reflective management is not a special type but rather an archetype of modern management.
