Summary:In the construction of directional bridge plug and perforation joint operation, when the perforating gun is pumped to the horizontal section of the well, the orientation of the perforating bullet’s firing port cannot be detected by the existing technical means. By developing a inclination angle detector and a fully integrated directional perforation device, integrating the selection control chip and three-axis acceleration sensor functions, the control circuit is designed to achieve the initiation control of cluster perforation, measure the direction of perforation projectile in real time and upload it to the ground selection control system. When the direction of the perforation bullet is detected to be incorrect, the gun string is dragged and re-pumped to rotate the charge holder and redirect it. If the direction of the perforation bullet is still incorrect, the tool string should be pull out and rectified before construction. This technology makes the connection between the connector and the contact point of the charge holder without wiring, shortens the construction time. The deviation of direction measurement angle is less than 2.00°. This technology has been applied in 11 sections of the F196-XP34 and the success rate is 100%. This technology can be applied to the joint operation of directional bridge plug and perforation for all horizontal wells, especially suitable for the perforation process of avoiding optical fibers outside the casing. The technology has great promotion and application value.
