Description
Summary:This study was designed to satisfy the requirements of energy-saving insulation blocks in severely cold regions, with the thermal and mechanical properties and bulk density comprehensively optimised. An optimal block type was obtained, with the necessary parameters provided and further suggestions for improvement proposed. This study investigated the preparation process and material properties of a new energy-saving self-insulation block. Additionally, both thermal performance and compression tests were designed and conducted on the wall, with the compression performance of the brick and the shear resistance of the wall experimentally studied and optimised using ANSYS.
