The study of the situation shows that the region has a significant superiority in the process of introducing innovations and scientific developments in comparison with neighboring regions, but its role on the all-Russian scale is extremely insignificant. The high potential and readiness of the population for innovative activity, blocked by existing social and economic conditions and regional traditions of management is determined. |
