Summary:The culture of human beings has a myth: the development of the growth in a way that it is continuous unlimited. The crises that is presented in the type of life men take part, but not only the economical, social or moral aspect and this crisis isn´t related to a single county or to a certain social class. It is presented to the world the knowledge of the challenging which relates decision and distinction in order to overcome, using creativity this moment to become reality a new type of thinking and action, a new way of facing the world. The school has fundamental importance, since the society requires people able to make interventions in the global and complex reality. It is necessary to adequate the education in its group the origin of the paradigm of the complexity, so the analytical process were used as basis for more than a cetury in the teaching. With the vision more wide, everything is beyond its amount of parts. Knowledge the part is not enough knowing everything and the knowledge of it, can not be isolated of the knowledege of the parts. Men are members of the same community.
