| Summary: | The article deals with the problem of civil servants professional identification in the context of civil service adaptation to the standards of the European Union. The author emphasizes the importance to form Ukrainian civil servants professional competence in compliance with the EU standards in order to enhance cooperation with their European counterparts. The main components of civil servants professional competence in the field of European integration are identified and considered: institutional, regulatory and legal; communicative; competence; moral, ethical and social components. Proposals for the formation of employees professional competence in the field of European integration are made. |
