Description
Summary:This paper considers the influence of virus spontaneous variation on the epidemic of infectious diseases, it establishes a delayed SIR epidemic model with spontaneous virus mutation, and gives a diseasefree equilibrium point, the existence and local stability of the endemic equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point of a single plant. By constructing the Liapunov function, we proves the global asymptotic stability of the diseasefree equilibrium, the endemic equilibrium point of a single plant and the endemic equilibrium. By means of numerical simulation, the influence of virus spontaneous variation on disease transmission is analyzed.
