Description
Summary:Seventy-eight isolates of Trichoderma spp. were isolated from 62 soil samples of medicinal plant rhizosphere in Liaoning Province. Morphological identification showed that they belonged to 9 species of Trichoderma, namely Trichoderma harzianum, T. viride, T. strigosum, T. longibrachiatum, T. spirale, T. hamatum, T. koningii, T. fertile and T. polysporum. Isolated 34 strains of T. harzianum accounted for 43.6% of the total isolated Trichoderma. Four Trichoderma strains including two strains of T. harzianum, one strain of T. viride and one strain of T. hamatum, which could inhibit the mycelial growth of pathogenic bacteria, were screened out by face-to-face-culturing on PDA media, and their inhibitory efficiencies against five kinds of pathogens reached more than 70%.
