| Summary: | Efficiency of intravenous use of the iron (III) hydroxide oligoizomaltozat in the pregnant with anemia in II and III trimesters of pregnancy is shown. Earlier performance of intravenous ferrotherapy results in the best outcomes: in the II trimester before labor authentically smaller number of women has anemia. In comparison of different methods of therapy (single infusion and fractional course of equivalent dosages of iron) more expressed effect when performing therapy by fractional course is noted. |
