Summary:This study aims to explore the factors that shape sustainable employee performance. The analysis method used is a Systematic Literature Review with a PRISMA approach. The reviewed articles consist of 50 selected articles that meet the specified criteria. This research is based on the Scopus database. The results show that the 50 selected articles come from various countries. Additionally, the majority of the selected articles were published in 2023. Furthermore, 13 factors have been identified that can influence sustainable employee performance: Human Resource Management (HRM), Leadership, Psychological Factors, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Organizational Learning, Compensation, Commitment, Motivation, Employee Resilience, Digital Technology, Training, and Empowerment. This research makes a significant contribution, especially in the fields of HR and organization, particularly in terms of sustainable employee performance. The variables identified in the research results can be applied to improve sustainable employee performance.
