Summary:The article studies innovative approaches to personnel management as a factor of competitiveness of a business entity in the context of global instability. The results of studies that emphasize the importance of introducing modern innovations, in particular, data analytics, digital tools and artificial intelligence in the processes of personnel management are considered and analyzed. Attention is focused on how innovative strategies in human resources management can increase the adaptability and competitiveness of a business entity in an unstable global environment. The use of digital technologies and big data analysis helps to optimize the processes of recruitment, adaptation and development of personnel, which leads to a reduction in time and costs for HR operations. Automation and flexibility of management aimed at monitoring and rapid adaptation to changes are becoming key to effective work in a challenging environment. Ukrainian companies are actively adapting HR innovations despite limited resources and difficulties caused by the military conflict; they pay considerable attention to the implementation of welfare systems, development through dual education, psychological support for staff, as well as the transformation of corporate culture and the creation of innovative office space. We would also like to highlight the introduction of digital technologies, such as E-learning for distance learning, coaching and mentoring, which promote individual development and motivation. In particular, talent management, the systematic development of key employees, allows maintaining high competitiveness in the market. The practical significance of this article is to identify specific innovative methods and tools that can be used by business entities to improve the efficiency of human resource management in order to increase competitiveness in the context of global instability.
