| Summary: | Abstract The grassland, mountain and water body in Qinghai Lake Basin is an important ecological barrier to prevent the eastern encroachment of western desert, which is of great significance to maintain regional ecological stability and sustainable development. As a crucial indicator for assessing the ecological environment quality of this region, in-depth research and dynamic monitoring of grassland conditions can not only accurately reflect forage growth status but also provide a solid scientific foundation for policymakers to make scientific management decisions. Vegetation spectral acquisition and analysis can effectively indicate changes in vegetation cover and community structure. From July to August, 2023, the author’s team conducted extensive field measurements of vegetation spectra were conducted in the Qinghai Lake region, resulting in the acquisition of spectral curves for 103 typical ground vegetation species and the establishment of a spectral database for typical vegetation in the Qinghai Lake region. This dataset holds significant scientific and practical value, providing fundamental data support for remote sensing monitoring, ecological conservation, and ecological research. |
