This continuing medical education resource will utilise the theory of change and provide some guidance to taking on this task in the workplace. The approach can be used in healthcare, the community, academia, and research projects. The resource will outline a systematic approach to developing a logic-based strategy for outcomes. The process will be unpacked, the evaluation method outlined, and strategies for ensuring the sustainability of the changing culture will be discussed.
