| Summary: | This paper reviewed the clinical data and nursing management of a patient with severe pneumonia and diabetes mellitus. The patient received transnasal feeding tube placement for enteral nutrition support. In addition to enteral nutrition-related nursing management, a care bundle including psychological nursing, oral/nasal cavity and skin care, maintenance of feeding tube and catheter was carried out to improve the treatment efficacy. (本文回顾1例重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者的肠内营养支持与护理措施。护理人员遵医嘱给予患者肠内营养液鼻饲泵入, 在加强肠内营养护理的同时给予心理护理、口鼻腔及皮肤黏膜护理、导管护理等干预措施。) |
