| description | Mesenchymal cystic hamartoma, which was first described in 1986, is a very rare pulmonary pathology. To date, a little more than 20 cases have been registered in the literature. It has no specific radiological signs, therefore it is necessary to carry out differential diagnosis with other diseases, including malignant neoplasms. We present our own clinical observation of this pathology. |
