Description
Summary:Abstract Endoscopic therapy has recently undergone remarkable progress, including the use of suturing procedures within the gastrointestinal tract using flexible endoscopes. However, existing suturing techniques primarily involve closure using instruments or continuous sutures using an endoscopic needle holder, leaving a gap in nodal suturing methods with extracorporeal ligation. This paper introduces a novel approach, the endoscopic ligation technique, wherein a flexible endoscope is utilized for nodal suturing through extracorporeal ligation.
