CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FINITE ELEMENT MODELING OF ROTARY ULTRASONIC MOTORS
The present paper is concerned with the main modeling elements as produced by means of thefinite element method of rotary ultrasonic motors. Hence, first the model is designed and then a modaland harmonic analysis are carried out in view of outlining the main outcomes
