It shows the many ways in which anthropologists, psychologists and sociologists came together to understand work, whether manual or intellectual, in industrial research centres, factories or shipyards. By endeavouring to understand and reconstruct the practice observed in fieldwork, the sociologist gives us the keys to the theoretical path that led to Jean-Pierre Poitou's conception of the anthropology of knowledge. |
