Summary:For the damping characteristic of the flexible coupling in high frequency is difficult to calculate and evaluate,based on the stress wave theory,the finite element analysis with the high frequency excitation for the flexible coupling model is carried out,and the displacement response is solved by Abaqus.In different high frequency excitation,the vibration level differences are calculated by FFT,and the damping characteristics of the flexible coupling are compared and analyzed.The result shows that,this method is effective to evaluate the damping characteristic of the flexible coupling in high frequency.
