INGO is an important resource for the formation and development of a civil society, it solves a significant part of socially important international issues, acts as a guarantor of the inviolability of individual rights. The author discusses different terms for the notion of «NGO», as well as the diverse criteria and characteristics of the non-governmental organizations in the context of the development of a civil society. |
