Changes that took place in internal and external environment made traditional organizational form incapable to meet the requirements of organizational development, thus a new organizational form came into being, i.e. organization based on knowledge. Proceeding from characteristics given to knowledge in the article the author analyzes different understanding by overseas scientists of organization based on knowledge connotation and shows general features of such organizations. |
