description The article describes the results of studying the effect of whey protein milk on morphofunctional parameters the cortex of the adrenal glands and reproductive organs in a systematic adaptation to motor loads. The experiment found that the addition to the basic diet of whey protein helped to reduce the intensity of the pathological changes in the studied organs caused by the stress of intense physical activity, enhance the adaptive capacity of the female body.
