Methodical approaches to the assessment of development of regional innovative systems
This article offers a view on the theoretical approaches to studying the component structure of innovational systems at the regional level; there is also some methodological evaluation tools described, which allowed evaluating the outcomes of innovational activities in Russia’s southern regions.
